A Lovely Lavender genuine sea glass gem drops from a dainty fine silver hisbiscus embossed heart.  This dainty drop pendant measures approximately 2 inches long and hangs from a 19 inch leather cord.  The lavendar sea glass was collected locally by me on a NY beach.  Lavender is one of my favorites, not just because it is my favorite color, but because of its history:  lavendar sea glass predates WWI.  During that time period, manganese was used in the process to make clear glass.  The color changes to lavender after 75 years and can continue to turn a darker hue of when exposed to UV.
