This brilliant blue sea glass nugget was turbulently tossed by the Bering Sea and perfectly frosted. It has been drilled and adorned by a fine silver bail with a embossed pattern that allows slight movement to add to its eye catching appeal.  The pendant hangs approximately 1 1/4 inches from a 19 inch leather cord.  This is part of a small collection of very rare sea glass that I was very fortunate to acquire from a friend and fellow artist whose beloved brother was a gold miner in Gnome, Alaska.  As he dredged up the Bering sea, seeking gold, sea glass was also found in a multitude of rare colors and shapes: proof that the sea is full of many treasures.
